Prashant Jairaj
Prashant has deep experience in the consumer packaged goods industry and has worked in a
variety of commercial roles across the North American geography for well-respected CPG companies over the past 15 years, including Mars
Wrigley, Red Bull, and Weston Foods. In his most recent role prior to Whiteboard Foods, Prashant was VP, Plant-Based Consumer Products for Global Food and Ingredients Inc., a fast-growing ingredients company, in which he helped establish the consumer products division, built out a commercial team, and oversaw the commercialization and launch of a portfolio of plant-based food products into the North American marketplace.

Jasmin Kobajica
Jasmin has been involved in the food industry for over 35 years spanning various
industries. He has been an Executive Chef as well as a Consultant for the Alberta Ministry of Agriculture. Most recently he was the Private
Label Manager for Farm Boy Canada, introducing over 2000 SKUs into their network over a 6-year period and crafting their private label
innovation strategy. Prior to that, he was a Culinary Innovation Manager for Federated Co-op. Jasmin has a vast network of suppliers and
partners for co-pack opportunities and ingredient sourcing and understands the production and distribution systems required to execute a product
across all stages of the commercialization cycle.
Head of Research and Development
Anna Canto
Anna has deep experience in the field of Food Science, having earned her Ph.D. in
Veterinary Medicine with a focus on Meat Science. She was also invited by the University of Kentucky to conduct post-doctoral research in
studying the influence of distiller's grain diet on the muscle proteome and colour stability. Anna is an expert in overseeing interdisciplinary
research and development in plant-based and cell-based products, including the application of novel technologies in meat analogs, as well as
deep experience in taking food concepts from ideation to minimum viable products.
